Elise Armitage / Arts & Cultural Development

Elise’s interests lie in the social constructs surrounding arts and culture, including the cultural identities created by individuals and communities alike.    

Elise has worked extensively with many local, national and international artists in developing and presenting high impact and engaging community arts projects.  Elise has over twenty years experience in event management and marketing, festival directorship and community art project funding and facilitation.  

Elise is a mixed media artist who has exhibited regionally for over fifteen years.
